Thang Hen lake
Thang Hen lake is located 30km from Cao Bang town, this is one of the most beautiful eco-tourist spots in Cao Bang province.
Thang Hen lake belongs to Tra Linh district and is about 1000m above the sea level, the lake is located between a limestone mountain. Although the lake is over 500 meters above the terrain it never runs out of water even in dry season
Thang Hen complex is composed of 36 natural lakes linked together by underground tunnels, 36 natural freshwater lakes lie in a vast valley bordering Tra Linh and Ngu Lao communes, Thang Hen is the biggest lake with total length 2000m and 50m wide surrounded by dense woods.
