Du Gia commune belongs to Yen Minh district, Ha Giang province. The 73km road to Mau Due and Lung Ho communes via Du Gia is a rugged and bumpy with big rocks, winding road up and down the mountain, this is one of the most difficult road in Ha Giang, however the road to Du Gia offers one of the most spectacular scenery and despite the bad road condition many motobikers consider Du Gia a must destination when visiting Ha Giang.
Du Gia has been planned as a new national park in Ha Giang, a natural reserve protecting monkeys and langurs. Du Gia national park covers Bac Me and Yen Minh districts.
