Tran Thuong temple
Tran Thuong temple is located in Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province. The name Tran Thuong means "warehouse of Tran dynasty", Tran Thuong temple was built on a large land, separate from the village on the ground of an old warehouse of Tran reign during the 2nd war against the Mongolian invaders in 13th century.
Tran Thuong temple is dedicated to a national here Tran Hung Dao and his parents. Being a national hero who is considered as a saint, Tran Hung Dao is worshipped in many places in Ha Nam province of which Tran Thuong temple is the biggest, compared to other big temples in the country.
Tran Thuong temple opens it's annual festival from 18th - 20th Lunar August, this is a typical regional festival of Ha Nam province, attracting thousands of people and tourists, the festival includes different cultural activities such as swimming and boat racing on the river.
