Pha Lai factory
Pha Lai thermal power plant is in Chi Linh district. Pha Lai factory is a friendly corporation between Vietnam and former Soviet Union, the factory was started in 1980 and completed in 1986 with designed capacity of 440 MW. Pha Lai power plant was the biggest power factories in north Vietnam in 1980s.
Located in the Luc Dau Giang area (where six rivers meet) of Pha Lai township of Hai Duong and the gateway to Quang Ninh province, this is a very favorable position for water and fuel, Pha Lai thermal power plant has potential to become one of the major power factories in Vietnam.
