Ho Chi Minh mausoleum
Lang Bac Ho or Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, also known as President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, which housed the remains of President Ho Chi Minh. The mausoleum is started in September 1973, at the former location of the stage between Ba Dinh Square, large rallies took place in the attandance of Ho Chi Minh.
The mausoleum was inaugurated in August 1975 with assistance by the Russians expert. It was built in 3 layers with a height of 21.6 meters. Around four sides of the mausoleum are square marble columns with the inscription "President Ho Chi Minh" made by purple stone.
