Quan Thanh temple or Tran Vu Quan is dated back to King Ly Thai To in the 11th century, Quan Thanh temple is dedicated to God of Huyen Thien Tran Vu, one of the four gods who guards the gate ways to ancient Thang Long citadel. Inside Quan Thanh temple is a statue of God Huyen Thien Tran Vu made of bronze in the Le dynasty in 17th century, the statue is 3.97m high, weighing 4 tons situated on marble base.
