Thanh Nien road
Duong Thanh Nien or Thanh Nien road is the new name of Co Ngu road when it was renovated andf expanded in 1960.
The road was opened in the decision of Hanoi authorities, young people from schools, state offices and factories were mobilized, thousands of students laboured and built the new road, they took earth from the river, then were fields of maize and rice. Numerous people carried and pushed carts through the river bank. When the road is completed it was named Thanh Nien (youth).
