That Khe district
That Khe township has an area of 0.86 square kilometers, a population of about 5000 people, That Khe is 70 km from Lang Son town and is the intersection of Highway 3B connection to Bac Kan province and Chinese border.
Along with Dong Khe, That Khe is widely known for the Border Campaign in October 1950, the campaign that has decisive significance to the development of Vietnam's revolution.
That Khe valley is the meeting place of most of the northern rivers like Bac Khe river forming a natural boundary to the west and south of the town, Coc Phat and Pac Cat streams, therefore, rice fields in That Khe are fertile, the rice fields in That Khe has become the largest granary in Lang Son province. The central market in That Khe is of second class, Goc Sung temple festival is held on 18th lunar April every year. And That Khe is famous for roasted duck Mac Mat.
