Bat cave (Son Moc Huong cave)
Bat cave in Son La province has the official name Son Moc Huong cave, the cave is located north east of Moc Chau district with a total area of 6915 m2. The reason this cave is called Bat cave because there used to be a lot of bats in the cave, however now most of them have gone away.
After thousands of years of erosion to make3 wide and pretty chambers were created in the Bat Cave. the cave ceiling is an arch with colorful stalagmites and stone shoots, some stalactites hang up from the roof flowing onto the ground for more than 20 meters high. In the middle of the cave is a large shallow lake approximately 200m2, in the middle of the lake is a large stone turtle, the left has the figure of a couple holding each other.
