Chieng Khoi lake
Chieng Khoi lake is an artificial lake built in 1971 with a 45 m high dam, 110 meters long and are brought into use in 1980. Chieng Khoi lake belongs to Put village, 5km south of Yen Chau district, Son La province. Chieng Khoi means a large flat land at high altitude, which is the bottom of a narrow valley with small streams from the mountain flowing into river.
