Keo pagoda
Keo Pagoda, formerly known as Than Quang Tu, now belongs to Duy Nhat commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province. Over 400 years of existence, through many embellishments, the pagoda retains the unique ancient architecture of the Vietnamese pagoda, dating from the Le Trung Hung (17th century). Every year, the Keo Festival takes place on January 4.
Keo Pagoda is a special national historical-cultural relic, including two architectural groups: The pagoda area dedicated to Buddhism and the temple area worshipping Duong Khong Lo, a Buddhist in Ly dynasty who built the pagoda. Keo pagoda was built with 21 buildings, 157 rooms on 58,000 square meters of land. At present, the entire architecture of Keo Pagoda has 17 main architectural works
