Snake temple in Cam Thuy
Snake temple is located in Cam Luong commune, Cam Thuy dictrict, Thanh Hoa province. Snake temple is just close to the holy fish stream. Legend has it that the fish here are protected by a snake God. People believe that anyone who harms the fish that lives here will be penalized by snake God.
Every year on 8th, 9th of lunar January, people of Luong Ngoc village organizes a festival to worship snake God.
