Tam Dao mountain
Tam Dao is a mountain range about 80km long in the north west - southeast direction and 10-15km in width. It is the ideal mountain resort in northern Vietnam. Tam Dao has an area of 253ha and is 900m above sea level. It takes about 1 hour driving from Vinh Yen town, Vinh Phuc province, further 20 km of winding road through the slopes of the pine forest, Tam Dao appears in the fog.
Tam Dao mountain has three peaks that rise up like three islands, Tam Dao is a sea of clouds, because this mountain is always full of white clouds.
Tam Dao town is over 300ha in area, located in a small valley of Tam Dao range, and also one of the biggest national parks in the North. The climate here is unique, four seasons in a day. The tiny, beautiful town with winding, zigzaging roads, a stream of water that cut across four seasons.
