Bien Son pagoda
Bien Son pagoda in Yen Lac commune is also known as Yen Lac pagoda. Bien son pagoda is located on a mound of 14.939m2. This place was once a mountain called Doc Nhi or also known as Nui Bien (Bien Son, Bien mountain). Therefore, when building this pagoda people took the name of the mountain to name the as Bien Son pagoda. Bien Son pagoda was designed in the style of Dinh letter, consisting of 2 side and 1 main palace. Bien Son pagoda today holds 40 large and small statues, including 2 stone statues, 20 statues made of earth, the remaining are wooden statues. All the statures are beautifully painted, golden lacquer, featuring the characteristics of the 18th and 19th century art sculpture.
